Stancold’s commitment to designing and installing high-specification cleanroom environments is unrivalled within the industry, especially where the Puracore system is required. The fully flush FM approved panelling guarantees to meet the desired ISO standards, while the accompanying components, including vision panels and doors, make for an aesthetically-pleasing and robust cleanroom build.
Currently finishing on site in Devon, our team have been working to remodel an inspection area for a pharmaceuticals manufacturer, where Puracore was the specified system for the build. As an approved Puracore partner, Stancold were the perfect choice for this project, not only based on our close relationship with the manufacturer but due to our comprehensive design and installation expertise. As a fellow South West business, this further determined Stancold as the ideal construction partner.
This project has seen our team work tirelessly to create a number of internal partitions and a door infill, using 50mm Puracore Aluminium Honeycomb panels to achieve this. These works have been undertaken in a live cleanroom environment, where our working area was cordoned off but the rest of the site remained operational, ensuring minimal disruption to production. Stancold’s strong experience of working in similar situations meant that this was just a normal aspect of the project.
