Our specialist industrial partitioning team recently worked with a new client to form part of their warehouse upgrade process in preparation for new tenants. To allow the tenant to move into the Bracknell-based site as quickly as possible, we ensured a fast turnaround was achieved.
Upon receiving our client’s enquiry, a budget price was immediately provided to ensure that they were comfortable to proceed. Great communication between our team and the client was one of the many aspects that made this project such a smooth operation.
Following initial contact with our client, Shaun Jones, our very own fire-rated partition expert, was soon on site to conduct a detailed site survey. His thorough analysis found anomalies that were not previously considered in the design of the structure. Within firewall projects in particular, such anomalies can be detrimental to the integrity of the partition if a fire should occur.
Eurobond Firemaster composite panels were selected as the most effective option to meet the specification requested by our client. 100mm thick panels were used specifically to achieve the desired 60-minute fire-rating, our team successfully installed the partition within only one week!
