Stancold’s specialist industrial partitioning division continue to complete high quality warehouse projects across the country. Our latest challenge is based in Fareham, where the team are completing reconfiguration work for an interior fit-out company.
Prior to commencing this project, Stancold had previously completed the installation of a main division wall and associated compartment walls at the same site 18 months ago. This time we were approached by a different client, who were looking for the existing walls to be reconfigured to better suit the needs of the unit’s tenant.
Conveniently for our client, the previous work we had conducted on site meant that the team had detailed design information on the initial build, furthermore allowing us to fully understand the panel system and its capabilities. As well as this, the reconfiguration of the division wall presented the need for further enclosures to be built or extended to work with the new layout. Naturally, the team have been selected to complete these further works following their successful progress so far on site.
Despite the partition walls not requiring a fire-rating, Eurobond’s Firemaster composite panel system has been used to seamlessly integrated with the same panels that had been installed originally.
Our expert, Shaun Jones, has played a pivotal role in the project, developing a value-engineered solution that makes excellent use of the pre-existing structures.
The team have adapted excellently to the new challenge and look forward to completing further works for the client. As always, if you have upcoming requirements for firewalls or industrial partitions within your project, don’t hesitate to contact Shaun on 07821 152663 or send us an enquiry here!
