We are very excited to be working with a Devon construction consultancy again following a successful project completion together in late 2017.
On the same site in Plymouth at a medical technology company, this project will see the Stancold team dismantle two temporary walls, currently separating cleanroom areas, and erect new cleanroom partitions using Kingspan Quadcore 80mm panels.
Due to the complexity of the project, numerous site visits and meetings have been completed to date, where the Stancold project management team have met with the consultancy and the end user to carefully develop plans together. This has allowed Stancold to strengthen relationships with both parties throughout the process.
With installation due to start this month, the team will be working in a live cleanroom environment, where employees and machines will continue to operate as normal. Therefore, it is paramount that Stancold put the appropriate measures in place to ensure that no construction debris fall outside of the temporary screening as well as ensuring panels are cut away from the working area. As a specialist cleanroom panelling installer, we have continually proved that we can work successfully and professionally in a live environment, including in the previous project on site.
If your business has a cleanroom requirement and needs a trusted specialist installation team to work in a live environment, get in touch with Stancold here.
