COVID-19 – September Update

As we enter the final quarter of 2021, which marks almost two months since the final phase of restrictions were lifted across England, we would like to continue to provide reassurance regarding Stancold’s commitment to the health and wellbeing of our colleagues and forward-thinking approach to client expectations.

Our COVID-19 safe systems of works continue to be reviewed monthly by senior management and at this time, we are electing to keep some existing restrictions in place within our office to ensure that our employees’ safety and comfort is as at the forefront.

We have implemented and will continue to offer workplace testing to all staff in order to detect and manage asymptomatic carriers and have robust processes in place for positive and/or isolation cases, which we hope to not have to enforce.

This period has also allowed us to strengthen our work-from-home hybrid model for our office-based colleagues, where we have taken time to gather feedback and implemented a system that matches both the needs of the team and the business. We continue to look to streamline our processes in this area and further aid client experience.

As always, we remain committed to providing a strong customer-focussed approach and can-do attitude across the whole business.
