Cleanroom Refurbishments & Alterations

CREST’s unrivalled knowledge and dedicated experience to cleanroom envelope construction enables the team to be well-placed for cleanroom refurbishment and alteration projects with clients around the UK.

For FM-compliant upgrades to manufacturing areas or for equipment enclosures requiring cleanroom partitioning, CREST’s independent and unbiased knowledge of semi-flush, fully flush and non-progressive cleanroom systems ensures that the team will advise the most suitable envelope solution.

As part of CREST’s capabilities, our package can include:

  • Demolition of existing walls
  • Phased programme of works around live operations
  • Panel systems matched to suit existing cleanrooms

Where temperature control or fire-ratings are a requirement, the team has proven design-and-build experience in integrating turnkey pharmaceutical cold storage and fire-rated partitioning into the wider scope of works.

CREST can confidently recommend HVAC partners to upgrade air handling equipment to suit, or alternatively, work with your preferred validation contractors to meet the required GMP and ISO cleanroom specification.
