Having previously constructed the original production facility Stancold were the obvious choice to return and assist this local artisan cheese producer based in Somerset.
Following the success of their award winning Cheese business it became necessary to reconfigure the existing facility to increase the size of the production area. The Stancold team were able to visit site and advise in consultation with the owners to come up with an agreed solution to then fit in works with the production schedule to minimise disruption. All went smoothly with the installations and the customer now has the configuration they required.
