Thanks to our excellent track record with the main contractor, Parkway MK, Stancold were selected to carry out partitioning for two new warehouses in Bury St. Edmunds last year.
As this was a new build, Stancold had to demonstrate great flexibility. Dave Rackstraw managed the project on our side and coordinated our visits while accommodating the client’s schedule.
Two stories offices were designed to include easy access loading areas and the roof while also keeping in mind future installations of staircases and lifts, hence the shape of our partitions.
The walls for both buildings were built up to FR60 specification. Stancold used a total of 1650m² of 150mm Trimo panels.
