The final months of 2021 saw a great deal of expansion across Stancold, as we welcomed new staff across our divisions. We also said goodbye to some familiar faces who have departed to take on new challenges – best of luck to all! We’re not set to slow down in 2022 so keep an eye out for more news about our team.
We’re very happy to introduce you to our new Health, Safety & Quality Manager, Tom Goddard.
Tom has been with us for a few months now and has already become an integral part of the Stancold team. His role covers essential areas that ensure the business maintains high quality standards as well as health & safety excellence. Tom assesses the risks and safe working practices used on site by our operatives to ensure the safest working environment for all of our on-site staff. He also focuses on following important industry standards and maintaining the accreditations we’ve worked hard to obtain.
Tom strives to give our clients peace of mind knowing that all work conducted by our in-house teams or subcontractors will not only be of high quality but also conducted with health and safety at the forefront. He’s always available to discuss any queries you may have.
Previously working within multiple roles for a roofing contractor across South Wales, Tom was looking for a new challenge within an industry he hadn’t worked in before. Stancold’s strong reputation and established position within the sector made us a comfortable choice.
When not at work, Tom’s favourite thing to do is surf! It’s a recent hobby he’s started that provides a good way for him to relax and unwind.
