As our cleanroom team successfully complete larger and more complex projects, a rebrand to truly showcase their unrivalled offering, was a natural development. Demonstrating unique capabilities within wider turnkey cleanroom construction over the last 5 years, we were pleased to unveil Stancold’s Clean Room Envelope Specialist Team this month.
As part of this crucial development in Stancold’s history, expanding our team further was a natural next step of progression in helping us prepare for future growth. Providing young people with great opportunities, especially during current times where opportunities are more difficult to find, is something we strive to do. So, we were pleased to welcome a new Apprentice Coordinator as an extremely beneficial addition to the team.
Introducing Ben Galey as Stancold CREST’s new Apprentice Coordinator! Ben joins us as our third apprentice within the wider Stancold group, where he will be studying a Level 3 Business Administration Course. It’ll be great to see how he uses his vital new skills to support our project managers working across many significant new projects within pharmaceutical, nuclear and high-end manufacturing applications. This experience will be invaluable and truly propel Ben’s career forward.
Like many young people, current times have made it increasingly hard to find the ideal pathway. Ben originally planned to go to university before the pandemic but decided that an apprenticeship would be a more productive option. Ben spoke to us about his choice – ‘Fortunately, I’ve found this apprenticeship at a great company who continue to grow, despite the situation in the world right now. It feels good to have a sense of security and be able to work each and every day.’ In preparation for his apprenticeship Ben continued to work hard, he even completed a Level 3 online business course!
When he’s not hard at work, Ben loves to exercise and stay active. Basketball and running are two of his favourite sports – they’ve helped him sustain a positive state of mind throughout the pandemic. When it’s time to rest, Ben enjoys gaming with his friends and watching TV with family.
Ben has fit right into the team, adapting to his new role extremely well. We look forward to reporting on his progress in the future.
