As Summer approaches and our order book continues to grow, ensuring that we maintain a high-quality service from project conception to completion is a top priority for us at Stancold.
At project conception, our office-based Estimating team work closely with the Sales team to accurately propose a scope of works that meets our clients’ exact requirements and budget. Due to a progressive increase in enquiries and taking into consideration future growth opportunities for Stancold, it was only natural that the team expands accordingly.
Therefore, we are delighted to welcome Ben Dunlop to Stancold, who has joined the estimating team. Ben will serve as a key member of the department, where he will regularly reach out to suppliers for prices and finalise project quotes for our clients across food & drink, industrial partitions and pharmaceuticals.
With a strong background of customer-facing roles, Ben has a clear understanding of working with client needs, and accompanied by his recent telecoms engineering experience, both encompass skills that will be valuable in his new role here.
When asked why Stancold stood out to him, Ben noted the company’s continued growth over the last few years as an attractive indicator of only good things to come, which he wanted to be a part of.
An adventurous type, Ben was captain of the kayaking club for three years at school, so if you want any tips, he’ll happily help!
