Stancold recently undertook a unique new project for an international construction consultancy specialist, providing a great opportunity for the team to once again demonstrate their versatility as composite panel experts.
Already aware of our expertise in this field, our client confidently selected us to fulfil the bespoke requirements of the build. The end user, a large data and records management company, required an insulated storage enclosure at one of their UK sites.
Despite the enclosure not being specified as fire-rated, our client specifically requested that the mineral fibre panels used, still possess 4-hour fire-resistant properties. Our projects team coordinated with a variety of suppliers to ensure that such materials could be sourced and installed within the project’s timescales. Communicating with the client throughout the process to ensure they were completely satisfied with the chosen system.
Personnel, fire-shutter and rapid rise doors were also integrated to accurately meet the specification and deliver a perfect environment for document storage. We take pride in creating high quality, bespoke solutions that truly optimise our clients’ space.
