In our first project with a Derbyshire-based construction company, Stancold will be working in Hemel Hempstead to complete the supply and installation of industrial partitioning to sub-divide multiple units within a new industrial park complex.
In order to get a thorough understanding of the project at hand, Stancold’s industrial partitions specialist, Shaun Jones, met with the contractor on several occasions to complete site surveys and take part in design meetings. In doing so, Shaun was able to initiate a positive opening relationship while providing a value-engineered solution that was cost-effective and suitable for the project’s requirements.
When Stancold’s work commences next month, the team will install Eurobond Firemaster Mineral Fibre panels of 125mm thickness to form a fire-rated partition in each of the units in the complex. This will be accompanied by the installation of specialist firestopping, a key component for every firewall project in ensuring fire integrity.
As LPS 1500 approved installers of fire resisting compartmentation systems and holders of the ISO 9001 accreditation, Stancold’s work is guaranteed to be of high quality and assured to meet relevant building regulations and codes.
