We are delighted to announce that we’ve achieved the highest ever ratings in customer feedback, something our entire team has been striving towards and are proud of.

Having continuously monitored Customer Satisfaction since 2013, we’ve achieved constant improvements and experienced improved customer satisfaction month on month.

Our Customer Satisfaction Programme involves both monthly online surveys and telephone interviews tracking our team’s performance on every quotation and completed job no matter the size. All data is analysed and results are reported to management with suggested improvements being rolled out to the operations of each team.

This is yet another example of how Stancold strives to exceed their customer’s expectations by delivering excellent customer service.
