Customer Research Programme Launched

In line with the business objective to continually improve the service offered to customers, Stancold have launched a new customer research programme in order to monitor customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

The research programme consists of both quantitative and qualitative research, involving online customer surveys as well as telephone interviews for a randomly selected sample of customers each month.  Results will then be used within the business to drive continual improvement as we strive to deliver the best customer service for our customers.
