As the UK enters its second week of new stringent ‘social distancing’ measures due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, Stancold, like many other businesses, have taken all the necessary steps in response to Government guidelines to ensure that our colleagues remain safe and well.
It’s been challenging but modern working practices and a flexible workforce has meant that we are hopeful that we can carry on successfully delivering projects with great customer service in the coming weeks and months. We’re delighted to be dealing with enquiries from both new and returning clients, that we aim to completely fulfill as efficiently and cautiously as possible.
With the valuable assistance of our IT provider, Infinium, all of our office-based colleagues are now comfortably working from home, some with extra helping hands in the form of children, pets and partners! An increase in the use of e-mail and phone calls, along with video conferencing technology, Zoom, has helped us keep in touch internally.
Everyone is very much contactable during our standard operating hours of 8.30am and 5pm and once the working day is done, all are highly encouraged to get outside for some fresh air and exercise.
Our dedicated installation team are working hard on site, where they are carefully following our clients’ site operating procedures along with the most up-to-date public health guidance, and will remain vigilant while working.
We’d like to send our thanks to our determined members of staff that are working hard to operate ‘business-as-usual’ as much as possible, as well our suppliers’ and clients’ patience during this uncertain time.
As you can’t catch up with us in the office for the time being, head here to find more information about how’s best to get in touch with our team.
