Stancold’s LPS approved industrial partitions team have headed nearly 400 miles north from Bristol this month to East Lothian to deliver our latest fire-rated project.
Working with a property developer in the area, our specialist installers will construct a sub-dividing fire-rated wall to split their larger unit into two, thus being able to accommodate a new tenant and their spatial requirements.
The 17m-long partition will possess a 60-minute fire-rating and provide adequate sound protection at 33dB, which was also a consideration for our client. Utilising Eurobond’s Firemaster composite panel system, accompanying high-quality firestopping products and Stancold’s LPS approved installation team will ensure that the warehouse partition is completed with certified fire integrity and safety at the forefront.
This has been a quick turnaround contract and despite the ongoing challenges regarding the current supply and cost of materials, Stancold have worked closely and flexibly with our trusted suppliers in order to continue to achieve timescales for upcoming projects.
