Stancold’s dedicated industrial partitions team are pleased to be undertaking another new project this month for a new client in the depths of the South West.
Our LPS-approved installation team will be responsible for the construction of a division wall within an existing site, allowing the client to sub-let the space to a new tenant.
The composite partition will provide a fire-rating of 60 minutes in order to conform to the insurance requirements but will also give elements of acoustic and dust control between the two units.
Stancold’s industrial partitions expert, Shaun Jones, takes a consultative approach when working on new projects to not only ensure that the installation will match the specification provided by insurers and Building Control, but to accommodate available budget for each project.
This occasion was no different and Shaun worked with the client to source a solution that negated the need for additional trades and therefore, additional costs.
As always, a site survey was conducted once the order was placed and this has highlighted further works, which our projects team are working flexibly to satisfy.
